Having anger, or even trouble managing your anger, does not make you a bad person. Many of the people working on anger management are the kindest, most loving individuals you could imagine.
My approach to anger management is emotional management. In our first few sessions, I will work with you to find the root of the emotional mismanagement and help you decide if you need more tools and education or if there is a deeper trauma or pain that needs to be dealt with first. From there, we will work together to bring you to a place where you can understand and manage all of your emotions.
