Wherever you are at in your relationship journey, therapy is an opportunity for you to work on yourself and build the reality you wish to live in. Therapy is also a place of giving yourself permission. Permission to feel, breathe, reflect, and dig in with un-compromised honesty.

My sessions are based on a Humanistic approach, where I use techniques such as Emotion-Focused Therapy, Gestalt and Family Systems. What this means is that I believe that people are good, unique and each experience life differently. I am here to help you truly understand your feelings and needs, discover and embody your true authentic self, and create the life you long for.
